The Nepalese Students Society at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale endeavors to bring together individuals who share mutual interests in various aspects of Nepalese tradition, life, values, and culture, in addition to endorsing Nepalese culture at the Southern Illinois University Carbondale and the local community in Carbondale, IL. The Nepalese Student Society works together to organize events such as celebrating the graduation of Nepalese students, welcoming new Nepalese students, summer picnics, cultural programs, games, and other activities.
